    The Knik Tribe is hosting a FREE Movie Night  featuring the film Zootopia  on Tuesday, December 2nd . Join us for two showtimes: 6:45 PM and 7:15 PM . The event will be held at Valley Cinema, 3331 E Old Matanuska Rd, Wasilla, AK, 99654 . A complimentary Movie Combo Box  (small drink, popcorn, and snack) will be provided for attendees.

    Vendor space is still available for the Knik Tribe Holiday Craft Fair  on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 11 AM to 4 PM  at the Bogard Gym (2501 E. Bogard, Wasilla). Showcase your Traditional Jewelry, Woodworking, Pottery, Resin Arts, Fiber Arts, Soaps, Lotions & Candles, and much more! The vendor registration fee is $20 , and the deadline to sign up is November 30 . Use the QR code or sign up online!

  • Knik Tribe Family Bingo: Winter Donation Drive for Typhoon Halong Relief

    Join the Knik Tribe  for a fun-filled evening of Family Bingo  on November 5th, 2025 , from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Wasilla Middle School. This event is OPEN TO ALL  and offers a chance to enjoy time with loved ones and strengthen community bonds. We will also be accepting donations of new winter hats, gloves, and socks  to support families displaced by Typhoon Halong , providing warmth and comfort during the challenging months ahead.

    The Knik Tribe provides crucial information to help protect our Elders by identifying the 5 Signs of Elder Abuse . These signs include Unexplained Injuries, Emotional Distress, Preventable Health Problems, Abandonment, and Sexual Abuse . Protecting vulnerable adults is a community responsibility.

    The Knik Tribe shares information on Drug Endangered Children (DEC) : children at risk of enduring emotional or physical harm due to a caregiver's involvement with legal or illegal drugs, or whose caregiver's substance abuse interferes with providing a safe environment. Did you know that 1 in 4 children live with a caregiver who has a substance use disorder?  Children are often the first-impacted and the last to receive help.

    For decades, Native American and Alaska Native communities have struggled with high rates of assault and murder of tribal members. The Knik Tribe's  goal is to maintain open communication with local law enforcement and federal investigators whenever a community member is reported missing.
