A Drug Endangered Child (DEC) is a child at risk of enduring emotional or physical harm due to a caregiver's involvement with drugs. The flyer highlights that 1 in 4 children in the U.S. live with a caregiver who has a substance use disorder, making them the first-impacted and the last to receive help. The Knik Tribe encourages Help, Hope, and Support for these children.
